They chose Odoo, which now integrates their helpdesk, financial, and document management processes, resulting in faster ticket insights and more efficient cost allocation. In the future, they may also implement or use other apps but do not want to take on too much. Phasing is the magic word here.

The implementation of Odoo together with dooIT has led to improved speed and efficiency in ticket management and financial administration. Oxolutions is now considering also incorporating HRM processes such as leave and expense claims, as well as their website, into Odoo to achieve further optimization.
