As an administration or accounting firm, you work with Odoo for your own administration and/or for your client's administrations. There is a good chance that your client will also become enthusiastic about Odoo's ease of use and possibilities and that your client thinks: I want to do more with Odoo and also automate other business processes.
And the good news: that can be done quickly and easily!
So your client wants to get started with more in Odoo
You already share the financial administration (for free), but the client also wants:
- Sales – create and follow up on quotes
- Time tracking – easily track and process hours
- CRM – manage relationships and sales opportunities
- Website – set up a professional website
- Projects – organize projects and tasks
- Inventory – manage inventory and logistics processes
- And much more!
Note: installing an extra app requires a paid Odoo license
When a client wants to use more Odoo apps for their own business processes, a paid Odoo license in the name of the client is required.
As an administration or accounting firm, you don't have to figure all this out yourself. You can apply for the license for your client through dooIT.
Applying for a license for your client
Click this button, fill in the fields on behalf of your client:
Upon receipt of the application, dooIT will process it. Your client will receive a quote (from Odoo SA) for the desired number of users. TIP: all employees of your office will continue to have free (!) access.
After the client's approval of the quote, a license code will become available. We will fill this in together with you in the client database. After that, all Odoo apps will be available.
Note; do not install too much at once (Odoo is like a candy jar full of treats, too many treats can make you sick... ;-))
We find it polite to also give the client access to the Settings.
Need help with the setup?
It may be that your client not only needs a license but also assistance in setting up Odoo. dooIT can support with that as well.
In consultation with the administrative or accounting office, we can set up the necessary apps and business processes for the client. This way, the office remains involved with the client and dooIT can provide support where additional Odoo knowledge or setup is needed.
From financial administration to sales, time registration, CRM, or website: with Odoo, your client can gradually organize more and more business processes from one platform.
