Identity Games is a Dutch game company. For over 30 years, it has been a market leader in developing, producing, and selling (board) games, which can also be customized (own company game).
Identity Games worked for many years with AccountView software (for accounting and trade administration), hosted in the cloud by eServiceware, in combination with Excel Add-in for financial and trade reporting. Additionally, various standalone solutions were used for, among other things, digital signing and collaboration.
Due to the many advantages of Odoo, Identity Games has transitioned to a single integrated platform with dooIT as the implementation partner. This transition saves a lot of time and allows processes to be organized more efficiently by:
- working much more integrated within one system: accounting, approval, spreadsheets, digital signing, and document management
- all fiscal years and companies in one Odoo database
- automatically charging intercompany transactions between the holding and operating companies
- proforma invoicing for international sales
- better inventory management and insight thanks to working without containers in Odoo
- support for multiple order processes within one system, including dropshipping, make-to-order, and purchasing/sales processes
In phase 2, among other things, declarations, CRM, a possible Bol.com integration, and the customer portal are on the agenda, which will give customers insight into relevant order and invoice information.
