With dooIT, we have replicated the functionality of Visma Advisor in Odoo. This allows us to maintain full control over all activities per administration without compromising on efficiency and clarity.

Klaas Kleijn Accounting Office B.V. is an accessible, knowledgeable, and (pro)active accounting firm. The team consists of enthusiastic, experienced professionals who enjoy diving into accounts: financial, payroll, tax returns, or advice on complex acquisition procedures. The modern look & feel, the possibilities for more efficient accounting, and collaboration with clients were the reasons for switching from Visma AccountView with eAccounting to Odoo.

Together with dooIT (www.dooit.nl), a focused team has gradually initiated the transition: first the internal accounting, then model accounts, and finally the client accounts.

Klaas Kleijn also worked with Visma Advisor; this functionality has been created in Odoo together with dooIT. Full control over activities that need to be performed per account (Odoo database) has thus been retained.
