Hassing Rioolservice B.V. specializes in sewer management and maintenance, with services such as sewer service, drainage, vacuum truck work, grease traps, and earthworks. Previously, the company used AccountView for financial administration and an external system for order processing and object history. A significant issue was the connection between both systems and that support for the external system would stop. Additionally, the registration of all activities on specific objects, such as houses, is essential given the history, partly due to frequent changes in residents.

With Odoo, Hassing Rioolservice chooses a fully integrated system that supports both order processing and financial administration. With Odoo, they can now directly link all activities to both the object and the customer, which ensures better registration of the history and clearer management. The transition to Odoo with dooIT (www.dooIT.nl) has resulted in cost savings and a more efficient work process. In the future, Hassing Rioolservice is considering integrating their website, leave, and time registration into Odoo, which will yield further optimization and efficiency in their operations.
