Feka ICT bv is a leading provider of innovative IT solutions and services for businesses. Feka ICT understands the unique challenges faced by modern companies and offers tailored solutions ranging from network architecture and cloud implementation to security measures and data management. Its own business process was supported by a (custom) configured Visma AccountView linked to OneTrail.
Modernizing and fully moving to the cloud was the wish. AccountView online was not an option, ConnectWise, MS Business Central turned out to be expensive, not customizable or flexible enough. Odoo software, on the other hand: fully cloud (equivalent to the mobile version), flexible, customizable, and affordable.
The first step – to discover if the Odoo accounting app was good enough – was taken with the “Odoo one app free” option in combination with a dooIT financial consultant. The multi-company administration setup for 5 companies quickly proved to fit well and completely. After which this Odoo environment was upgraded to a custom Odoo version with access to all apps: the entire business process has now been transferred to Odoo. The connection with Ingram Micro was made by Feka ICT itself via the Odoo API.
