Stonimex, a Dutch import-export company that operates in Suriname under the name Uni Stone and More N.V., has taken a significant step towards digitization together with dooIT. In just four months, the entire sales and logistics operation was renewed within Odoo. The result? Fewer errors, faster communication, and a streamlined collaboration between sales, warehouse, and administration. No more stacks of paper, but one central digital workspace where everything comes together, from order to delivery.
During the last weeks of the Odoo implementation, our consultant Niels traveled to Suriname to assist with the go-live on-site. His presence on-site ensured a smooth completion, good training, and the final optimizations of Stonimex's Odoo system.

Stonimex works with SRD, Euro, and USD. The solution:
- Automatic recalculation of sales prices in SRD
- Executable in bulk or per product
- Manual rate adjustments possible per order or invoice

💸 Discounts: Effortless Verification
- Discount limit per user (a maximum discount setting, e.g. max 5%)
- Managers have the authority to grant higher discounts, for example 15%, and assign them to the order.

After approval, the employee can further process the order, but any adjustments to the discount are then limited to a maximum of 5%

- Tiles are sold per m², but transported per package
- Orders are automatically rounded to whole packages.
