Stonimex, a Dutch import-export company that operates in Suriname under the name Uni Stone and More N.V., has taken a significant step towards digitization together with dooIT. In just four months, the entire sales and logistics operation was renewed within Odoo. The result? Fewer errors, faster communication, and a streamlined collaboration between sales, warehouse, and administration. During the last weeks of the Odoo implementation, our consultant Niels traveled to Suriname to assist with the go-live on-site. His presence on-site ensured a smooth completion, good training, and the final optimizations of Stonimex's Odoo system.

Stonimex works with SRD, Euro, and USD. The solution:
- Automatic recalculation of sales prices in SRD
- Executable in bulk or per product
- Manual rate adjustments possible per order or invoice

💸 Discounts: Effortless Verification
- Discount limit per user (a maximum discount setting, e.g. max 5%)
- Managers have the authority to grant higher discounts, for example 15%, and assign them to the order.

After approval, the employee can further process the order, but any adjustments to the discount are then limited to a maximum of 5%

- Tiles are sold per m², but transported per package
- Orders are automatically rounded to whole packages.
